| Simply stated, the Print Buyer is the end-user. For our purposes, a Print Buyer is a company that has needs that are greater than a single Print Provider can handle on their own. Typically this means that the Print Buyer has multiple buying locations that wish to purchase off of a corporate-wide contract, but with local service and capabilties for each of their locations. |
As stated earlier, our organization is all-inclusive. If an opportunity arises that we can help with, we don't want to limit that based upon a narrow label. A Print Provider is an individual company who sells product to the end user. Print Providers can be distributors, local printers, brokers, ad agencies or direct selling manufacturers. |
Supplier is a very common term in our industry. Other terms that can be used are Manufacturer and Vendor. A Print Supplier is a company that makes the product they sell, and they usually do not sell to the end-user. If you sell the majority of your product to distributors, you are a Print Supplier. |
