BBS ProNet, along with our network of associates, understands the necessity of staying up to date on the latest technologies, trends, and changes in our industry. To do this requires 
membership in organizations whose main purpose is the dissemination of trade information. Each of these organizations provides the following for their members:

- Trade Shows: Attending trade shows allows its members to stay current on product trends and up-to-date on the latest technological advances.
- Networking: Whether at annual conferences or at specific smaller conferences spread through the year, members will have plenty of opportunity to talk with their fellow members and get an insight into how our industry is fairing outside their local area.
- News: Weekly e-newsletters and monthly magazines provide additional information about changes in our industry.
Following are some of the organizations that BBS ProNet and our members are part of:
- Print Services Distribution Association (PSDA) (formerly DMIA) is designed specifically for those in the printing and business forms industry, although most members offer a more diverse product line.
- Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) is a promotional products industry trade organization.
- Promotional Product Association International (PPAI) is a promotional product industry trade organization.
