Many large companies currently deal with local print providers strictly on a corporate basis, or at their individual locations. For large companies who wish to better control the purchase power throughout all of their locations, they choose to do a national contract. They have always had just a few choices of national companies that manufacture product and sell direct.
Our industry has long known one simple truth: Local Print Providers are better at providing lower costs, wider range of products, and better service than the large national manufacturers. So why do the large companies get the business? Because they are large. They are able to offer representation where the local print provider could not.
With BBS ProNet , those days are over. Our model is to bring those local print providers together. Working in concert through BBS ProNet , the local company that treats you so well can now offer you that level of service and expertise nationwide.
Print Providers that are part of our Professional Network have proven that they are able to grow their business locally through bringing the best business systems to their customers. Each location is locally owned, with roots in the community where they work. Rather than a representative working an account, they are fully invested in making sure that their customers are satisfied.
History of BBS ProNet
BBS ProNet is the brain child of Paul Keith. Paul Keith founded his print provider business, Best Business Systems, in 1984. What started out as a provider of business forms and printing has grown into a large provider of forms, printing, promotional products, commercial printing, office supplies, management services, and much more. Throughout the years, Paul Keith has always been on the lookout for ways to improve the industry as a whole. He has seen the issues that cause companies to continually change contracts between each of the major direct manufacturers due to dissatisfaction. He was always keenly aware of how much better a local print provider could be. By starting BBS ProNet , he is able, now, to bring together the talent, experience and knowledge of the entire industry to help our clients control cost, streamline procedures, and grow their business.
